Hello and Welcome

How are you? Would you like to talk to me about .......

  • Coping with the loss of a loved one, family member, friend, or colleague?
  • Finding grief overwhelming?
  • Are you sick and tired of feeling stressed and anxious at work?
  • Is stress and anxiety impacting your life, for example lack of sleep? Feeling snappy with others, or shutting yourself off emotionally?
  • Trying to manage long-term health challenges?
  • Relationship challenges? Feeling like you can't connect with others?
  • Do you feel you are lacking energy? Confidence?
  • Who do you confide in? Who can you trust?
  • What would you like to change for the better in your life?

What's Happening Right Now?

So, you've been to work and had a busy day.

Busy good? Or busy-stressful?

What 's playing on your mind when you finally get home?

Will you have a relaxing evening?

Or that sinking feeling

That you've forgotten to do something as you have too much to do?

Your manager's put you down yet again in front of everyone. Making you feel small?

Are you adjusting to changes in your life that feel overwhelming and out of control?

Maybe you are feeling sad because you have lost...

A loved one? A relationship? A job? Loss of health?

As you sit down for the evening....

Are you chatting? Silent? In a niggly mood?

Not feeling like you want to do anything except stare at the TV?

I wonder-is this how you want to feel?

Or are you so used to feeling low that it's become normal?

Any of these situations sound familiar to you?

What I Can do to Help You

Talking things through will help you to make the choices that make a positive difference to your everyday life.

For example, a choice between staying in bed, or getting up, might be impossible for you to face.

You will be supported with making the choices that can help you move out of your despair and give you hope for your future.

A future that puts you back in the driving seat of your life with renewed purpose, renewed vision and improved relationships, with those that matter the most to you.
